Overview
The Planning Commission reviews conditional use applications and subdivision and land development applications, elicits testimony from the applicants appearing at the meetings and makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors regarding plan approval. In addition, the duties of the Planning Commission include periodically updating the
Township Comprehensive Plan, Zoning and Subdivision and Land Development ordinances, which are submitted to the Board of Supervisors in the form of recommendations, and other such activities the Board of Supervisors may request of the Planning Commission pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
