The next meeting of the Township Planning Commission will feature discussion on a proposal by PREIT, the owner of the Exton Square mall, to construct a 354-unit apartment building on the site of the former Sears Automotive Center.
The proposal has been submitted as a conditional use application, which is the first step of a two-step review process required for large projects. The meeting will be on Tuesday, June 30th at 7:00 p.m. The public is encouraged to attend via Zoom, but you must register in advance using the link provided below.
