Chester County Solid Waste Authority (SWA) has announced its 2018 Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) events. April dates are 4/7 and 4/21. All events start at 9:00 AM and close at 3:00 PM sharp. Residential only; businesses and contractors will be turned away.
