The Chester County Planning Commission has completed the Chester Valley Trail Extension Feasibility Study and Master Plan. The study recommends extending the Chester Valley Trail from Exton to Downingtown through bike lanes and sidewalks, and also through adaption of the out-of-use Norfolk Southern freight line for trail use.
