Open House: 6:00 PM – Hosted by ARD, the site’s developer, in the lobby outside the Main Meeting Room
Planning Commission Meeting: 7:00 PM – Formal presentation and discussion in the Main Meeting Room
This open house is an opportunity to view updates to the master plan first presented in March. Following the open house, the Planning Commission will conduct a formal review and may make a recommendation on the plan.
What’s New in the Updated Plan:
- The proposed three-story Main Line Health building at Route 30 has been replaced with a single-story retail/restaurant space and more open space at the site entrance
- Main Line Health is now planned for the former Round 1 space
- Ambulance bays are now proposed as part of the Main Line Health facility
- A stream restoration area has been added within the riparian buffer
- Integration of the library into the site’s open space and pedestrian network
- A hospitality/event venue near the historic Zook House
- 73 townhomes have been removed
- A new luxury active adult (55+) rental building has been added
