On Wednesday, February 15th, Energy Transfer (ET) will be refilling the existing 8-inch pipeline from their Twin Oaks facility in Delaware County to their Montello Facility in Berks County. The pipeline will be refilled with refined products. While there is no noticeable noise during the refill, residents may notice ET's pipeliners walking the right of way and checking valve sites during this fill.
