Late Tuesday afternoon, the Township found out through an announcement in the Philadelphia Business Journal that the Exton Square mall is under an agreement of sale by the current owner, PREIT. They expect to close on the sale within 90 days, but there is no further information on the buyer or the price. The Township will continue to monitor the situation and keep the public informed when we learn more.
