Ground settlement occurred by the bore under the wetlands in Meadowbrook Manor. It is not clear yet if this is a sink hole. Old construction fill was buried where the ground settled and the bore may have dislodge soil around. Flowable fill is being added to the area to shore it up during construction. The PA PUC and DEP have been notified.
