Aqua Pennsylvania is planning a lane closure on Route 100 (Pottstown Pike) in both directions between Swedesford Road and Business U.S. 30 (Lincoln Highway) in West Whiteland Township, Chester County on Monday, March 16, through Thursday, March 19, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following morning, for water main installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
