The Board of Supervisors has petitioned to intervene in two cases before the PA Public Utility Commission. The petition for the "Safety Seven" complaint and the petition for the complaint filed by the PUC's Bureau of Investigation and Enforcement against Sunoco alleging violations found during the investigation of the leak in Morgantown are linked here and are on the PUC's website. The Supervisors also sent a letter to Governor Tom Wolf thanking him for his recent statement in support of pipeline safety and urging additional action.
