How to Pay Your Township Real Estate Taxes
Tax bills were mailed on February 1, 2020. You can pay online, via mail, by phone or at the local Keystone office.
- 2% DISCOUNT if paid on or before April 30, 2020
- FACE if paid on or before June 30, 2020
- 10% PENALTY if paid after June 30, 2020
If a bank or mortgage company escrows funds for this tax, they will pay your tax on your behalf. Some banks request tax amounts due directly but either forward this bill or call to ensure they have it.
Keystone Collects website. This is the easiest and most convenient payment option. You can use a credit card (2.5% fee) or a bank account (no fee). You will need your invoice number from your tax bill. If you do not have it, call Keystone and request your invoice number.
Pay by Mail
Make checks payable to Keystone Collections Group.
Please include the bottom portion of your bill and select Discount, Face or Penalty. Payments must be postmarked by the due date for the specific period. If you would like a receipt, you can print one from the Keystone Collects website after the check has cleared by entering your invoice number. You can also include your entire bill and a self-addressed stamped envelope with your payment. Pay the exact amount due and remit to:

There is a $5.00 charge for each duplicate copy of your bill. Contact Keystone at the numbers above.
Keystone assesses a $29.00 charge for returned checks.
Only certified funds will be accepted after December 15.
Your tax payment is due by the dates listed above. If payment is not made by 12/31/2020, your account will be considered delinquent and turned over to the Chester County Tax Claim Bureau for delinquent tax collections.
