On December 12, 2018, the Board of Supervisors will consider adoption of an amendment to Chapter 281 (Subdivision and Land Development) to revise definitions and amend the landscaping requirements, making them easier to interpret and apply while still assuring that new developments will be well-designed and landscaped.
On September 12, 2018, the Board of Supervisors adopted Ordinance No. 443 amending Chapter 300 - Vehicles and Traffic - to standardize STOP sign configurations at intersections.
On June 27, 2018, the Board of Supervisors adopted Ordinance No. 442 amending Chapter 33 - Municipal Debt Collection and Attorney Fees - to set the start of the penalty period for delinquencies as the billing due date set by resolution of the Board of Supervisors and clarifying that approved third-party contractors may collect the delinquent fees and other money owed.
