Newly Adopted Ordinances
On April 26, 2023 the Board of Supervisors adopted Ordinance No. 475 repealing and replacing in its entirety Chapter 270, "Stormwater Management," of the West Whiteland Township Code of Ordinances.
On March 22, 2023 the Board of Supervisors adopted an Ordinance establishing minimum regulations governing the conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings, and structures; by adopting the code known as the International Property Maintenance Code, 2018 version, and successive versions as they are adopted.
On March 8, 2023, the Board of Supervisors adopted Ordinance No. 473 adding a new Chapter 65 of the West Whiteland Township Code, titled, "Responsible Contractor Requirements" to establish minimum requirements for contractors who perform construction work on any public building where the contract amount exceeds $250,000, for contracts that require public bids.
